What is Braj?
- Braj is an everyday-everything app for the Braj region around Mathura–Vrindavan. It puts rides, food, kirana groceries, parcel, pharmacy, bill-pay, errands and a pilgrim layer into one app with a single login, wallet and address book. It launches in Mathura and expands town by town across the Braj cluster.
Which towns does Braj serve?
- Braj launches in Mathura first, then scales town by town across the contiguous Braj cluster — Vrindavan, Govardhan, Gokul, Barsana and Nandgaon — adding each town as a configuration row rather than a new deployment.
How is Braj different from other delivery and ride apps?
- Three ways: it is built for one region densely instead of metros thinly; supply is zero-commission so drivers and merchants keep more; and user data is encrypted per user and never sold. Groceries come from existing local kiranas via ONDC, not company dark stores.
Does Braj sell my data or run ads?
- No. There is no ad model and data is never sold. Location history, orders, addresses and payment metadata are encrypted per user, with export and delete on request and a full audit trail.
Is there a Braj app for drivers and shops?
- Yes. Drivers and delivery riders use the Braj partner app; kiranas, restaurants, pharmacies and service providers use the Braj merchant app. Both run on a zero/low-commission model with transparent payouts.
